Page 45, under USING THE MERIDIAN PASSAGE.

I can’t deduce where the 02h (2 hours) figure came from for the GHA of Aries. If it were based on the DR longitude, that would have to be 30 degrees, but the example states 10 degrees longitude. Misprint?

I found it. The working is done in reverse, so the whole hours for the date is found by entering the yield column with the GHA to find the hour in the usual enter column. The book’s treatments are so brief that expanded explanations are sometimes lacking. Good book though.
